Media is one of the widest and strongest platforms that play a vital role in keeping us up-to-date. Television, film, and theater fall under the institution of media. The main purpose of a movie is entertainment. This is not all; most films have a moral/message that adds to our knowledge and enhances our experience.

Every year, The Cinema Industry presents us with new movies; many of them hit the box office every month. Like every year, this year included the cinema has many movies lined up for their audience to watch and enjoy. Following is a list that I am sharing, have a look!

1) Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle: – The 1995 adventure thriller Jumanji was a hit. This year, the film Jumanji will be released towards the end of 2017. The “Welcome to the Jungle” is the next part of the movie. However, according to Dwayne Johnson, the plot of the film has no similarity with the previous one; though one could probably say that it might be a sequel.

2) Coco: Coco is a 3D animated film that will be released in November by Walt Disney Pictures. This film revolves around a twelve-year-old boy named Miguel, who is passionate about music and wants to follow his dream and accomplish it even though his family has banned this profession for him. He is inspired by Ernesto de la Cruz. As the story progresses, Miguel is lost in the land of the dead where he meets another interesting character with whom he sets off on a journey that leads him to a road that unfolds his family history. This will be an interesting watch, especially for kids because there is a lot of adventure, fantasy, and comedy.

3) KINGSMAN: The Golden Circle: – This mix of an action-adventure and comedy film will hit the screen on the 6th of October. Kingsman is directed by Matthew Vaughn, the same director who directed Stardust and X-men. The twinkling stars featuring in the film are Tarron Egerton, Sophie Cookson, Mark Strong, Julianne Moore and much more. The film is about two secret organizations coming together and defeating their common enemy. One organization is that of Egerton (Eggy), Cookson (Roxy) and Strong (Merlin) which is destroyed by Moore (Poppy) and then they join hands with the Statesman (i.e. Kingsman counterpart).

4) Blade Runner 2049: Starring Ryan Gosling, this film is a sequel to Blade runner. Blade Runner 2049 is written by Hampton Fancher and directed by Denis Villeneuve. The release date of this film is 6th of October. The film falls under the genre of science fiction. The premise of the film is that a new blade runner finds out about a secret that withholds danger leading to destruction and eventually the end of humanity. This secret makes the new blade runner look for the old blade runner who went missing thirty years ago. Interesting isn’t it? The story takes an interesting route of discovering the old blade runner and revealing the qualities and flaws of the new blade runner while he sets off to find the old one.
