A lot of new games will be released this year and gamers and enthusiasts are very excited about some of them. Although not all gamers have the same preferences in game types, here are some of the most anticipated video games of 2012. These games will be more awesome if played with a hometheatre system.
Wii U
A popular choice is the Wii U. it is already a platform in itself and the exact released date has not been announced yet. The Wii U is Nintendo’s response to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
This new system can provide a new user interface that might be a total hit or a total disaster among gamers.
Bioshock Infinite
Bioshock Infinite is also well anticipated this year. It can be played using Windows, Playstation 3, or Xbox 360. It is a first-person shooting game that travels you from the sea to the sky in wonderful 20th century themes.
Mass Effect 3
Mass Effect 3 is also a popular game that gamers have been waiting for. Since Mass Effect 2 was known to be the best game of 2011, everybody is expecting this sequel to be just as good. Platforms for this game are PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and a Personal Computer. This is scheduled to be released on March of 2012.
Spelunky
Another anticipated game this year is Spelunky. It has already been released since the year 2008 and is a popular game among PC gamers. The reason why it is an anticipated game this year is because it can now be played though a new platform which is Xbox 360. This transition would guarantee better graphics, new music with surround sound capabilities and multiplayer options. Release date for this game hasn’t been announced yet.
Fez
Gamers have been hearing about the game Fez since the year 2008. It is said to be released this year. People can’t wait to try this game out since it has won an Independent Games Festival Award. Hopefully, the game will live up to the hype that it stirred.
Resident Evil 6
Resident Evil 6, which is scheduled to be released on November 2012, is also popular among gamers. It has always been popular, but some of the installments weren’t that great. Gamers are hoping that Resident Evil 6 can rekindle that lost spark.
